How to become a donor

Open an account
Sign up as a donor with the button below. Click on ‘Sign Up’, choose ‘Donor’ and fill in the form with your details.
Be aware that the email and password fields are case sensitive and will not work unless they match exactly the details you sign up with.

Upload your items
To upload items, go to ‘Account’ then into the ‘My Items’ tab and click on ‘Add Item’. Upload a brief description and 2 photographs per item.
NEW SECURITY MEASURES: Please note that all new donors will be able to upload a maximum of 5 items initially. Once those items have been received and inspected by the GYB team, you will be able to upload more items freely, parcel checks will be conducted periodically and randomly thereafter for safeguarding purposes.
We accept womenswear, maternity, shoes, accessories, baby and children's items.

Send shopped items
When one of your items is 'shopped' you will receive an email notification with all the shipping information. Please send the item as soon as possible (and cover postage costs if you can, or get in touch for reimbursement).
Once you've shipped the item, please click 'Mark as Sent' under the order in the 'Items Processing' tab.

Make it special
If you can, we encourage you to turn your donation into a gift by including little extras like a note of support, chocolates or period products. This makes the package extra special and means a lot to our community.
Thank you!
When the shopper receives the item, you'll see an update in your account so you know your clothes are in their new home!
How to request a Bestie

Who are the Besties?
Our Besties are volunteers who act as clothing collection points. You can ship your clothes to them and they will do the rest!

Help us cover shipping costs
If you can, please donate to our fundraiser so we can cover shipping costs. The suggested donation is £20 for a smaller bag of clothes and £30 for a larger bag.

Our Bestie Bins offer a hassle-free way for clothing donations right at your fingertips. Your employees can effortlessly contribute, knowing each donation directly benefits our community. One Bestie Bin helps us support over 50 people with free clothing and free shipping of orders. Minimal effort, maximum impact guaranteed!
